Reyna Fonte

Reyna Fonte

Co-Founder and CEO

Reyna Fonte is a Co-Founder and CEO of Everwatch Property Management, bringing more than 13 years of active Washington State real estate licensure and over 25 years of business leadership to one of the Pacific Northwest's most forward-thinking property management and real estate firms. She co-founded Everwatch alongside Michael Lee and Emmanuel Fonte, forming a leadership trifecta that unites deep real estate and property management expertise, operational excellence, technology innovation, and extraordinary client devotion under one roof.

Reyna spent over a decade as a licensed property manager and real estate broker across Washington and Oregon, developing hands-on fluency in landlord-tenant law, trust account compliance, lease administration, and the systems that keep rental portfolios performing. Her expertise extends into mergers and acquisitions for real estate and property management brokerages, giving Everwatch a rare strategic lens on how portfolios and ownership structures can be built, acquired, and scaled with intention.

As the founder and CEO of Delve, Inc., a results-driven business consulting firm with a proven track record of transforming SMBs, real estate brokerages, and startups across the Pacific Northwest, Reyna has spent years guiding companies through strategic planning, financial health, M&A transactions, and AI integration. That expertise flows directly into Everwatch. She helps design prompt architecture, automated workflows, and intelligent document analysis tools that eliminate the inefficiencies that have long plagued traditional property management: slow communication cycles, manual compliance tracking, inconsistent owner reporting, and reactive maintenance response. Where AI is applied at Everwatch, clients know it, understand it, and benefit from it. This is intentional, human-led technology built to serve real people.

Reyna holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Human Resource Management and Management and Leadership from Portland State University, and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University. Her academic foundation spans the full arc of what it takes to run a business well: people, strategy, and operations. She has been recognized with the Elite Presidents Award for outstanding sales production, named Realtor of the Year in 2020, and served five years as Treasurer of her local real estate board. Today she serves as Treasurer of One Community Health, an award-winning clinic in the Columbia Gorge, bringing the same financial stewardship and accountability to her community that she brings to every owner she serves.

Emmanuel Fonte is Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Everwatch Property Management, where he leads the company's client experience, communication strategy, and brand vision. In an industry where trust is everything, Emmanuel is known for building relationships grounded in responsiveness, clarity, and genuine care. His approach to client service is not simply operational — it is foundational to how Everwatch serves property owners and residents alike.

With more than 17 years of executive leadership in real estate, Emmanuel spent much of his career at John L. Scott Real Estate, one of the Pacific Northwest's most respected brokerages. During his tenure, he held progressive leadership roles focused on client relationship development, marketing strategy, and organizational growth, helping shape service standards centered on long-term trust and personalized care.

In addition to his work in real estate, Emmanuel is an entrepreneur, creative executive, and Artistic Director of the John Cameron Changing Lives Foundation, where he leads large-scale performing arts productions focused on mental health awareness and community impact.

At Everwatch, Emmanuel's leadership is reflected in the company's C.A.R.E. framework — Clarify, Align, Respond, Evaluate — a relationship-first philosophy designed to create a more attentive and dependable property management experience.

He holds dual Master of Arts degrees from the Conservatoire de musique du Québec à Montréal, graduating with highest honors in Chamber Music and Trombone Performance. His background in collaborative performance continues to shape the way he leads: with precision, attentiveness, and a commitment to creating meaningful experiences that last.

Michael Lee

Michael Lee

Co-Founder and CTO

Michael Lee is a Co-Founder and the technology architect behind Everwatch Property Management, bringing a rare combination that almost no one else in the industry can claim: over 25 years of enterprise technology experience and over a decade of owning and operating a property management company himself. He knows what it feels like to be on both sides of the equation, and he built Everwatch's systems with that lived experience at the center of every decision.

Michael's path to Everwatch is one of the most compelling origin stories in PropTech. He built his own property management company from the ground up, scaled it to 600 doors, and ultimately sold it to Poplar Homes, one of the nation's leading high-tech property management platforms managing over 25,000 properties. Following the acquisition, Michael did not step away. He stepped in deeper, joining Poplar's leadership team as VP of Product, where he helped shape the technology infrastructure of a nationally scaled operation. That vantage point, from independent operator to acquired founder to product executive at a venture-backed PropTech company, gave Michael an understanding of what great property management software should actually do and what it consistently fails to do.

Before real estate, Michael spent over 25 years in enterprise technology, including roles at Dell, Groupon, and Intuit, companies known for building products that work at scale, prioritize the user experience, and never stop improving. He brings that same standard to Everwatch. The open-source technology stack that Everwatch is building and sharing with the broader industry reflects his belief that better tools, made available to everyone, raise the floor for what property owners can expect everywhere.

At Everwatch, Michael is the reason the platform performs the way it does: maintenance triage that moves at 2 AM, real-time owner dashboards that tell the truth, AI systems that remember every lease clause and flag problems before they become expensive, and an operational backbone that gives the human team superhuman capabilities. His work is not about replacing the people side of property management. It is about making sure the people side never has to fight the systems to do their jobs well.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, one of the nation's top-ranked engineering programs. That technical foundation, combined with his operational experience in property management and enterprise software, gives him an unusually complete picture of how technology should be built and how it actually gets used in the real world.
